FIFO means “first in, first out”: what was stored first goes out first.
Price rules with safeguards
Customer prices, B2B discounts, campaigns and shop mark-ups are set centrally as rules. Floors prevent wrong prices, the price log shows every change.
AI that prepares purchasing
BsMind reads your sales data, spots what will soon run short and what is gathering dust, and turns that into purchasing suggestions.
ABC analysis ranks items by their share of revenue. RFM scores customers by how recently, how often and how much they buy.

What kind of system is BsMind?
BsMind is inventory and order management for multichannel retail with built-in warehouse management. It keeps items, prices, stock, purchasing and orders in one place. BsMind runs as SaaS (software as a service): you work in the browser, we operate the software on servers in Germany, no installation needed.
Does BsMind replace my ERP or my accounting?
No. BsMind manages products, stock, orders and the warehouse and works alongside your ERP. It prepares invoices and payments, accounting stays with you or your tax adviser.
