·DATACENTERS

Infrastructure that can’t fail.

We plan, build, operate and protect datacenters, from the first rack to a secure 24/7 operating model.

·THREE PILLARS

Build. Operate. Protect.

Three disciplines that only together make a reliable operating model.

Build & Planning

Site assessment, rack design, power, cooling, network, security zones and commissioning are planned together from the start, based on established datacenter and redundancy standards.

Operation & Availability

Monitoring, maintenance, patching, capacity planning and defined operating processes ensure stable and traceable infrastructure.

Protection & Monitoring

Physical security, network segmentation, access control, telemetry and security monitoring are integrated as part of the operating model.

·SITE & BUILDING

Visibly sovereign. On our own ground.

Modular facilities with their own power and cooling infrastructure, Tier III design and EU data residency, planned, operated and secured by one team.

  • Modular buildScalable from single server modules to a full facility.
  • EU locationsGermany-oriented data residency, dependable for planning.
  • Perimeter protectionPerimeter fence, lighting, video surveillance, guarded zone.

·RECEPTION & ACCESS

Controlled access. From the very first step.

Multi-stage access control, biometric airlocks and logged entries, physical security starts at reception, not at the rack.

  • Multi-factor airlockCard, biometrics and a single-person airlock at the entrance.
  • Security zonesClearly separated areas for reception, operations and servers.
  • Audit trailEvery entry is logged precisely by zone and time.

·SERVER HALL

Our own server architecture. Workload-oriented.

Server, storage, network and security racks are tailored to the workload, with a clear power, cooling and cabling architecture.

  • Server, storage & network separatedDedicated racks per function, no mixed load paths.
  • Cold-/Hot-Aisle-LayoutCooling follows the load, not the load the cooling.
  • Sensors per rackTemperature, airflow, power, live in the operating model.

·OPERATIONS & SOC

24/7 operations. People and AI working together.

Live telemetry, alerts with clear escalation logic and analysts who decide in the critical moment. Operations and security from one room.

  • Live-DashboardsPower, climate, network and security events on one bridge.
  • Defined response timesEscalation levels and responsibilities are documented.
  • GAD Defense Engine integratedAI-driven anomaly detection as part of the operating model.
·TECHNICAL DISCIPLINES

Eight disciplines. One operating model.

A datacenter is not created by individual components, but by the interplay of architecture, power, cooling, network, security, monitoring and operating processes.

01

Racks & Hardware

Server, storage, network and security racks form the foundation, every workload gets the rack it needs.

02

Cooling & Climate

Water cooling, cold/hot aisle, free and adiabatic cooling, matched to load and location.

03

Power & Redundancy

Main supply, UPS, backup generator and N+1/2N distribution. Load paths are checked regularly.

04

Network & Connectivity

Fiber backbone, redundant routing, segmented switches, firewalls. Performance and security planned together.

05

Physical security

Perimeter, security zones, access control, video surveillance and rack-level locks, logged and auditable.

06

Fire protection

Early warning systems, inert-gas extinguishing concepts, zoned fire detection and defined emergency processes.

07

Monitoring & Telemetry

Live data on power, climate, network and security events. Dashboards, alerts and escalation as part of the operating model.

08

Efficiency & Sustainability

Energy efficiency, heat recovery, load management and resource-saving cooling, as planning levers when the site allows.
