Power with two destinations
Power from the solar or wind farm becomes computing capacity or hydrogen. What the data center does not need right now is stored instead of curtailed.
We do not build electrolyzers. Certified partners handle design, construction and financing under their own contracts with you. We select them, steer the project and protect the hub around the clock. Dashed boxes show the partners' services.
A hydrogen hub (H2 hub) is a site where an electrolyzer uses electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen is compressed, stored and supplied to industry, transport or power plants. It is called green when the electricity comes from solar or wind.
Each phase ends with a clear result before the next one starts.

Round-the-clock SOC monitoring, NIS 2 reporting channels
Both need a lot of power, a strong grid connection and round-the-clock protection. That is why project developers increasingly plan them as one shared energy site.
Power from the solar or wind farm becomes computing capacity or hydrogen. What the data center does not need right now is stored instead of curtailed.
Servers and electrolyzers give off heat that can feed a district heating network, for example. Stored hydrogen can supply emergency power through fuel cells.
Large data centers and hydrogen plants can count as critical infrastructure. Both need monitoring, reporting channels and secured control systems.
Electrolysis capacity is measured in megawatts (MW) of electricity the plant can take in.
As of October 2026. Europe: market overview “Green hydrogen in Europe”, based on operator information. Germany: EWI / German Environment Agency, hydrogen production by electrolysis, June 2026.
The EU NIS 2 Directive lists the production, storage and transmission of hydrogen in the energy sector (Directive (EU) 2022/2555, Annex I). Operators covered by NIS 2 must protect their plants against cyber attacks and report incidents.
A SOC (Security Operations Center) continuously analyzes alerts from IT and the plant and responds to attacks. Service and response times as per contract.
OT (operational technology) is the technology that controls electrolyzers, compressors and valves. We help separate it cleanly from the office network and monitor it.
Manufacturers and service providers often access the plant remotely. We set up remote access so that every session is approved, logged and time-limited.
We check whether NIS 2 applies, set up risk management and the reporting chain and train senior management.
No. We take on the assignment, steer delivery and handle security. Planning, construction and financing lie with certified partners, who sign their own contracts with the client.
Hydrogen produced by an electrolyzer using electricity from renewable sources such as solar or wind. Its production emits no CO₂, unlike hydrogen made from natural gas.
The directive explicitly names the production, storage and transmission of hydrogen in the energy sector. Whether a specific operator is covered also depends on size and national law. An applicability check clarifies this in writing.
Both need a lot of power and a strong grid connection. On a shared site, power goes into computing capacity or hydrogen, waste heat can be used and hydrogen serves as a reserve. And above a certain size, both count as critical infrastructure that must be protected around the clock.
