Your responsibilities
- You find projects in your network: building or expanding a data center, space at a partner or protecting an existing data center
- You clarify the key facts with the prospect: load in megawatts, preferred locations, timeline, budget and requirements for availability and security
- You prepare the project with us and join the talks with the customer and our certified partners, who take on planning, construction, engineering and operation
- You negotiate the terms of your referral with us and accompany the project until signature

Your profile
- Several years of experience around data centers, colocation, energy or commercial real estate, for example in sales, project development or consulting
- Your own network of decision-makers at companies, investors, operators or developers
- You understand how a data center project works: grid connection and power, cooling, availability, permits and the contracts between customer and partners
- You negotiate confidently and discreetly, even for large project volumes
- You are self-employed, with a registered business or your own company
- Fluent German and English
