Pre-Sales Consultant (f/m/d)
You are the expert voice in sales: you clarify with the customer what they need technically and regulatorily, and turn it into a solution concept our team can deliver.

Your responsibilities
- You join our sales consultants in expert conversations with IT management, information security officers and executive management
- You gather requirements, for example for a penetration test (a commissioned, controlled attack on your own systems) or a gap analysis (comparing the current state against ISO 27001 or NIS 2)
- You write solution concepts and statements of work (what exactly we deliver), estimate effort with the expert team and prepare the technical parts of proposals and tenders
- You show MiRA, RedMentis and BsMind in demos and support test phases at the customer (proof of concept)
- You hand over won projects cleanly to the project team and experts
- You feed market signals back to product and engineering
Your profile
- A degree or vocational training in computer science, business informatics or similar, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in IT security, information security management or GRC (governance, risk and compliance), for example from consulting, audit or a technical role
- Good knowledge in at least one field: ISO 27001, NIS 2, GDPR, penetration testing or security operations
- You explain technology so that management without an IT background can make decisions
- Experience with proposals or tenders is a plus
- Negotiation-level German, good English
