Freelance Trainers and Lecturers, GAD Academy (f/m/d)
As a self-employed expert you deliver GAD Academy training courses, commissioned one assignment at a time with a fee per assignment. You decide which assignments you take on.

Your responsibilities
- You deliver training on one or more topics: ISO/IEC 27001, NIS 2, ISO 31000 risk management, GDPR, or EU AI Act and AI literacy
- You design the flow, methods and exercises yourself. We provide the topic, learning objectives, target group and the framework agreed with the client
- You work with your own materials and equipment
- You decide for each request whether to accept the assignment and agree the date and format (in-house at the client or live online) with us
Your profile
- Solid hands-on expertise in the topic, for example as an auditor, information security or data protection officer, consultant or lawyer
- Experience as a trainer or lecturer in adult education
- You are self-employed, and working for other clients is expressly possible
- You explain specialist topics clearly, also to participants without prior knowledge
- Willingness to travel to clients for in-house training, or experience with live online formats
- Very good German, training in English is a plus
What awaits you
- Individual assignments as needed, with no minimum volume and no obligation to accept assignments
- Fee by agreement, fixed before each assignment, invoiced by you
- We handle sales, client contact up to booking, organization and invoicing with the client
- Participants receive a GAD Certificate of Completion
