AI Solutions Engineer (Customer Projects) (f/m/d)
You bring AI into everyday work at the customer: you understand the process, build the automation and connect it to the systems people there already use.

Your responsibilities
- In workshops with the customer you map processes and clarify where AI helps and where it does not
- You build workflow automations, document processing and AI agents (programs that use a language model to complete several work steps on their own)
- You connect the solutions via interfaces (APIs) to the customer's ERP, CRM, document storage or email
- You put the solution into operation, at the customer or on infrastructure in Germany, with an access rights concept, logging and monitoring
- You test AI applications before go-live, for example for wrong answers and for prompt injection (hidden instructions in texts meant to redirect the model)
- You work with the AI / ML engineer and the cybersecurity team and document everything so the customer can follow how it runs
Your profile
- A degree or vocational training in computer science or similar, or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in software development or system integration, confident in Python or TypeScript
- Experience with language models via APIs, with RAG (answers only from approved documents) or with automation tools
- Experience with Docker (containers for applications), Linux and running applications in production
- You know what GDPR and the EU AI Act mean for AI projects
- Very good German, good English (customer workshops are mostly held in German)
